Hot Trout Fisherman? Try some real competition!

If you think that you can cut it, try your skill in casting and fly-fishing competition.  The Pisgah Fly Masters challenges anglers’ casting skills off-stream on Saturday, March 21, with the 10 finalists moving on to a catch and release competition on the river on Sunday, March 22. The event, held in Brevard, is in its second year, and the proceeds will go to benefit the Pisgah Center for Wildlife Education, a free-to-the-public learning facility operated by the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission who will host the event.  Davidson River Outfitters will sponser the event.
